This guide can be used to configure an electronic integration with Crunchtime and this vendor. This information is based on the last known setup and requirements from the vendor.

Integration Points
- Purchase Order – Standard PO
- Confirm Receipt – Standard format
- Confirm Terms – unknown
- Invoice – Standard e-invoice
- Bid Sheets – Standard format
Vendor Setup - Header
- Vendor Code – decided on by the customer; let the Vendor contact know the code to use
- VO Mode - SFTP
- Interface - Standard
- URL - sftp.net-chef.com/po (the vendor prefers to use the Crunchtime-hosted SFTP)
Vendor Setup – Location Details
- Account # - 6-digit account number
- Reference - not used. Repeat the Account #
- User Name/Password – Same credentials will be used by all locations
Vendor Setup – Charge and Credit Codes
This is a list of common codes found on invoices:
- TAX
Vendor Bids
- Vendor Product Numbers are 5 digits and may have leading zeros
- Pack Types are generally non-descriptive, such as 'Case', 'Bag', etc.
Other Considerations
- Order Guides are sent weekly on Monday, with the effective day as the same day.
