If your Bluetooth probe won't connect to your form, or you are experiencing trouble with your Bluetooth thermometer here are a few tips for troubleshooting the issue. Please try the following steps first:
Verify that your probe works with Zenput.
Ensure that you are on the latest version of Zenput by updating the application by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Is your device allowing Zenput to utilize Bluetooth?
A common issue is that the device is not allowing Zenput app to use Bluetooth.

How do I give Zenput permission to access bluetooth on my device ?

For Bluetooth Probes (Thermoworks and SmartSense)
Please power your probe on and off and try again. If it still does not work please go to your Bluetooth settings to unpair the probe from your device. Once this has been done please restart your device and follow the steps in the article below on pairing the Bluetooth probes again.
How to: Connect Bluetooth & BTLE probes
For BTLE probes (Cooper-Atkins Blue 2 and MFT thermometers)
You will not see either the Cooper-Atkins Blue 2 thermometer or the Cooper-Atkins MFT thermometer under Devices or your device's Bluetooth settings.
If your Bluetooth probe lights up green when pressing the power button, that means it is ON, you can then go to the steps below under how to test the probe.
How to test the probe
- To test if the probe is working again you can do this by going to a form with a temperature field and pressing on the refresh icon while pressing the 'on/pairing' button on the probe.
- After receiving the green confirmation message that it is connected, you can then test to make sure the probe is working by pressing the temperature field below to record the temperature.
