How can I add orders to an existing vendor account after a different CTX User accepts the invite?
This solution is for users with a CTX Super User account.
- You can log into the account where you'd like to see the orders.
- You can navigate to the Users tab and select the account on which you want to see the orders.
- You can go down to the Customer Access Details by Customer section.
- Finally, check the box under the Assign column corresponding to the Client whose orders you want to see on the account and hit save.
If the client has yet to place any orders, nothing will show up on the vendor's order screen, even if they have the client selected in the section above.
