This guide can be used to configure an electronic integration with Crunchtime and this vendor. This information is based on the last known setup and requirements from the vendor.

- Purchase Order – Standard PO
- Confirm Receipt – Standard Confirmation
- Confirm Terms - not available
- Invoice – Standard e-invoice
- Bid Sheets – Standard format
Vendor Setup - Header
- Vendor Code – decided on by the customer; let the Vendor contact know the code to use
- VO Mode - SFTP
- Interface - Standard

URL - sftp.net-chef.com/po (the vendor prefers to use the Crunchtime-hosted SFTP)
- Alternatively, the vendor can host: kbftp.katsiroubasproduce.com/in
Vendor Setup – Location Details
- Account # - 6-digit account number
- Reference - not used. Repeat the Account #
- User Name/Password – Same credentials will be used by all locations
Vendor Setup – Charge and Credit Codes
This is a list of common codes found on invoices:
- BOTTLEDEP (misc 1)
- TAX
Vendor Bids
- Vendor Product Numbers are 5 digits and may contain leading zeros
- Vendor Units are primarily CS and EA. The units follow standard EDI 2-character pack types (eg. BG, HB, LB, UN)
Other Considerations
- Invoices are typically sent in the morning, around 7-8 am, day of delivery
- Credits after delivery would be sent later in the afternoon, same day, around 3 pm
- Order Guides are typically sent at 2 pm on Friday
- Katsiroubas can also send a short items report the morning of or night prior (when the truck is loaded and items are picklisted) to a resource on the customer side to notify them of shorted items not expected on delivery
