When creating a public comment, consider:
- The Subject is in the form of a client question whenever possible
- Provide the answer or Information
- Link Related Knowledge Base
- Open in new Tab
- Make sure the link goes to a public KB and that the KB is updated
- Block Quotes to emphasize
