When creating a public comment, consider:

• The Subject is in the form of a client question whenever possible
• Provide the answer or Information
• Link Related Knowledge Base
  • Open in new Tab
  • Make sure the link goes to a public KB and that the KB is updated
• Block Quotes to emphasize
