Calendar Wizard - Why can't I see ALL my Locations?

Problem:

 I can't I see ALL my Locations when creating Post Periods in the Calendar Wizard module. 

Solution:

1. The missing Location(s) may already have Post Periods setup for the selected Fiscal Year.  

2. The User may not be linked to the same Concept as missing Location(s). 

***Calendar Wizard was introduced in Crunchtime Version 7.40.
