Why am I getting "Import File Create DTTM '___' must be greater than the last loaded files Import File Create DTTM '___'?
The 273 Intraday Labor Time Clock Data will remove all existing Labor Records (visible in Net-Chef Labor Summary) and replace them with the Time Clock data on the file. The behavior is called 'Flush and Fill.'
When you need to reprocess those files and get the error: Import File Create DTTM '___' must be greater than the last loaded files Import File Create DTTM '___' The previous file that was successfully processed has a later Import File Create Date/Time than the one they are trying to fix and reprocess. This would mean that the most up-to-date information is already processed and within Net-Chef to view in the Labor Summary. Due to the 'Flush and Fill' behavior of the 273 file, the error message is in place to prevent a user from just reprocessing or accidentally overwriting current data with old, incomplete information.
Example:
If the failed file you're trying to reprocess has an Import File Create Date/Time of 05:00 AM
but the most recent, successful file's Import File Create Date/Time is 10:00 PM; you wouldn't want to reprocess that data without a thorough review as this could result in missing shifts.
It would be best to make any changes manually in Net-Chef.
However, if you need to reprocess the failing file, put in an Import File Create Date/Time that is greater/later than the one listed at the end of the message.
Example:
Import File Create DTTM '17:00 03/27/2020' is at the end of the message. The new Import File Create DTTM could be '17:01 03/27/2020' or '18:00 03/27/2020' or any later time.
