How do update User Information in Xchange?
For a user to update their information in CTX, they should select the name link in the top right section of the screen
This screen allows you to configure user settings, including passwords, names, security questions, and notification settings. You must enter your password before saving this screen (in the current password field). Note that if you update the email address, this will be the new login and email for all notifications.
A vendor who services Multiple Clients
If the user is a super user, once they log into their account, they can go to the User's tab, select their profile, and scroll down to the Customer Access By Details section. From there, they should be able to add multiple clients to their account.
** Note** if a vendor has two vendor records in the database(due to clients having different names for the one vendor). Then they will not be able to see the other clients. You can reach out to Support for further assistance regarding this matter.
Access to different clients by location is the other way of assigning access to users
