Can I assign the Courses to my users in MainCourse?

CrunchTime assigns everyone the same courses.

If you want to assign only certain courses to your users, here are 3 potential solutions:

1. The ultimate option would be for the client to use their own Learning Management System (LMS) instead of ours.
   • We make all of our courses available as SCORM packages which they can upload to their own SCORM-compliant LMS. 
   • Since they’d then be the Super-Administrator for that LMS, they’d have total control over which courses are available to which learners.
2. If they’d prefer to continue to use our LMS, we can place a custom message at the top of MainCourse, which all learners would see.
   • Many branch administrators use this to tell learners which courses they can skip.
3. They can also ‘un-enroll’ learners from courses they have already been enrolled in.
   1. The attached Quick Reference Guide has instructions on how to do just that. (Page 9)  Basically, it shows you how to:
      1. Login to a learner's account
      2. Un-enroll them from the courses you don’t want them to take
      3. Clients can also see how to manually add learners if need be and assign learners to existing Groups of courses.
