How do I manually send counts from the Inventory app?

If you're having trouble syncing your counts from the Inventory app, you may decide to import the counts into Net-Chef instead.

Here's how to send you, or another user, counts from the Inventory app: 

1. Complete any Storage Locations for which you wish to send counts. 

2. Select the Command icon (⋮). 

3. Choose either "Send Counts" or "Share Counts".

• "Send Counts" will start an email (using your device's default email app) with the counts attached. 
• "Share Counts" will allow you to save the file locally to your device, allowing you to send it via a text message or other direct message. If for some reason the connection is lost, and users are unable to send counts, the file can be saved offline. 

4. Send the attached file to a corporate Crunchtime user to import the counts via the CDP or with the Import button located on the Inbound Integrations screen.  

Tip: The .txt attachment is already named and formatted correctly and can be imported without any changes!
