What can I do if I have trouble Syncing my Counts in the Counter App?
The first step should be checking for upgrades. Try upgrading the software on your device and the version of Counter you are using. See Common Errors below.
If your device's internet connectivity isn't great during the complete inventory duration, enter the counts offline using "Airplane Mode." When you get somewhere with a reliable internet connection, you can take the device out of Airplane Mode; it should then restore connectivity, and the counts can be Synced.
Counter counts cannot be imported (synchronized) from the counter when the Net-Chef Inventory is in the "Awaiting Review" status; you can manually edit the counts directly in Net-Chef. Alternatively, a user with the 'NC-Inventory | Reset Status' User Group permission can reset the Inventory status. Once reset, counts can be reimported from the Counter App.
