Issue:
002 (Sales Mix Import File) - Error Message: 'NO GUID' is not a valid GL Number
Solution:
When a '002' Sales Mix file fails within CDP Error Remediation with the above error, unrelated to ConneX. It is a Toast (POS) user-specific issue that the client will need to troubleshoot themselves.
- This Toast (POS) user-specific issue is caused when an 'Item' is not associated with a sales category within the POS itself.
- Client must work with Toast to ensure this is repaired.
- This typically tends to be incomplete setup of 'Modifiers' or 'Addons' that are added on the fly to the POS system.
- They will need to determine what Menu Item or Modifier is missing a GUID in Toast setup and populate that. If they have questions about this, they should refer to their Toast rep.

- Once the client has determined the GL number that was impacted, they can substitute that GL in CDP Error Remediation and reprocess the file successfully.
- As 002 files overwrite each other, only the last file of the day needs to be reprocessed
