How do I troubleshoot the CDP Menu MIx file Error, "Business Date Is Within A Posted Period?"

A Menu Mix can not be processed into a Posted Period. The file will show this error in Enterprise Manager's Inbound Integrations if the Business Date for the file is with a Post Period that has been "Posted" in Net-Chef.

1. You can Cancel the file if you don't need the data.
2. You can un-post this location for the defined Post Period and re-import all Menu Mix for the day for that Location. (You can also use Refresh POS if it's available)

Note: Files can be processed after a business date for many reasons. If you use Crunchtime's Connex integration, Menu Mix files will be created anytime a Guest Check is "changed" in the POS. Some of these "changes" are not visible in a UI, such as if the date/time stamp has been updated. Connex does not have visibility into all changes made in the POS.
