How do I reset my Password in Xchange?

If an Xchange User needs to reset their password, they must follow these steps to reset their account password.

Show me how:

1. Go to the main login page for Xchange https://www.ct-xchange.com.
2. Click on the 'Forgot My Password' link.                                                       
3. Enter your email address.  The system will prompt you with your security questions.
4. Enter the responses to your Security Questions and select OK.
   1. This will email you a new temporary password, which you can change on your next login attempt.
5. Attempt to Log in with your Temporary password. If you have to change it 
   1. If you have to change it, your new password must be at least eight characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and 1 number.
