Error Message: "This User is Not Connected to any Active Customers"

Solution:
- This error message is associated with the specific application user, and customers need to be assigned in Enterprise Manager.
- Log into Enterprise Manager at the Corporate Location and go to:
- Setup >> Corporate >> Application Users and select the User that is having the error.
- Go to the Customers Tab and assign the locations to which this user will be able to conduct customer transactions (e.g. Customer Orders, Transfers).
- If they will not have the ability to conduct transactions with any other locations other than their primary location, assign only their primary location.
- If this is new database then make sure to check that the Company Type preference in Enterprise Manager is set to Restaurant in addition to assigning the customer locations above.
