Master Order - Products Not Showing up When Creating Master Orders

How do I make sure Products are available for Master Orders?

Solution:

For a product to be available for Master Order, the following must be true:

1. The Company Product must be active and an active Location Product.
2. If client doesn't have 'Use Single Company Department' checked in General Preferences, then the Company Product must be linked to a Company Department to which the Application User is linked.
3. The product must be contracted to a vendor in the ordering location’s market.
4. The product must be a Location Product at the ordering location with an assigned primary storage.
5. The Location Product’s 'Re-Order VO' box must be checked in EM or else the 'Reorder VO' box for the product must be checked in the Update Storage Locations screen in NC.
6. The product must be linked to the selected Master Order Type.
7. It must be under contract in that location’s market.
8. The contracted vendor must have 'Allow VO' enabled for the ordering location.
