090 (Recipe Import File) - Updating Existing Recipes

Issue:

Previously clients were unable to update existing Recipes via the 090 import file.

Solution:

As of release 06.00.00.00, the ability to update existing Recipes was added via '090' file imports. 

• For an "Existing" Recipe:
  • All fields are available for "Update" with the exception of the Recipe's "Product Number".
  • The ability to "Delete" a field or aspect of an existing Recipe is not possible.
    • A user can overwrite that field with numbers or characters.
    • A user is unable to overwrite that field by leaving it as <null>.
  • Updates made to Recipes will not flow down to Location Recipe records. These need to be updated separately using a '097' file.
