How do you create a ZIP file for the CDP_Service folder?

- Navigate to your C: Drive:
- For Operating Systems with Versions below Windows 10, this can be done by right-clicking on the Start icon and selecting Open Windows Explorer.
- On Windows 10, right-click on Start and select File Explorer.
- Right-click on the 'CDP_Service' folder.
- Select 'Send to' and choose 'Compress (zipped) folder'
- You may have a pop-up that says, 'Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?'. If this occurs, you can select 'Yes'.
- Right-click on the zipped-up folder on your desktop and rename it to match your Support Ticket number.
- This can be found on the top right of your Support email.
- Open the 'crunchtime.sharefile.com' link in your email.
- 'Drag and Drop' or click 'Browse' to add the ZIP file.
- Click 'Upload'.
- Navigate to your C: Drive:

A notification will be sent to support, letting them know your folder has been uploaded. For a quicker response, reply to your ticket and inform us that the folder has been uploaded.
