How do you create a ZIP file for the CDP_Service folder?

1. 1. 1. Navigate to your C: Drive:
         • For Operating Systems with Versions below Windows 10, this can be done by right-clicking on the Start icon and selecting Open Windows Explorer.
         • On Windows 10, right-click on Start and select File Explorer.
      2. Right-click on the 'CDP_Service' folder.
      3. Select 'Send to' and choose 'Compress (zipped) folder'
         • You may have a pop-up that says, 'Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?'. If this occurs, you can select 'Yes'.
      4. Right-click on the zipped-up folder on your desktop and rename it to match your Support Ticket number.
         
         • This can be found on the top right of your Support email.
      5. Open the 'crunchtime.sharefile.com' link in your email.
      6. 'Drag and Drop' or click 'Browse' to add the ZIP file.
      7. Click 'Upload'.

A notification will be sent to support, letting them know your folder has been uploaded. For a quicker response, reply to your ticket and inform us that the folder has been uploaded.
