Why is a Location not Available when logging Into Enterprise Manager or Net-Chef?
For a location to be available for selection at log-in for both Enterprise Manager and Net Chef, the following must be true:
- The location must be Active.
- The user logging in must be linked to the location on the Locations tab of the Application User screen in Enterprise Manager.
- If the client is using Franchising, the application user must be linked to that franchise in the Franchises tab of the Application User screen in Enterprise Manager.
- If the client uses Concepts, the application user can log into all locations they are linked to, regardless of concept.
- However, if a user is linked to a concept, they will not be visible to other users who are not linked to the same idea in the Application Users screen in Enterprise Manager.
