Why can't I see certain Application Users in Enterprise Manager?
Filter: The Application User Screen will default to Active Users.
Concepts: Your Application User must be linked to the same concept as the other application users to see them on this list.
Location: In most cases, Users are logged into Enterprise Manager (EM) at the Corporate Location. If this is the case, you will see a Location dropdown on the top left of the screen. If Application Users are created in a specific EM Location, you must adjust the dropdown to see those Users.
There is no way to change an Application User's "Creation Location." If you wanted to create a new user in the Corporate Location with the same User information, you would need to go into the Location in Enterprise Manager and change the User's name and User ID. We recommend using a label of "Do not use" and/or a prefix of "ZZ," respectively. Once that is done, you should be able to create a new user in the Corporate Location using the original Name and ID.
