How can I see which Customers/Buyers I am connected to and which customers' orders I can see?
When a supplier already works with other Crunchtime clients on Xchange, clients can send an invite to the email that already exists in Xchange. The account allows them to see your and other clients' orders. The supplier can tell that they are connected to any Crunchtime client by following the below steps:
1: From the dashboard, click on the Users tab
2: Click on the Users profile
3: Scroll down to the Customers Access Details by Customer section:
For a supplier to see orders from one of the clients they are connected to, they must ensure that the checkbox corresponding to the client's name in the Assign column is checked and that they hit Save. Otherwise, the orders for that client are hidden from view.
Any orders placed before the Supplier accepted the invitation to connect with the client will not show in Xchange; only the orders placed after will.
