Why doesn't our Sales Forecast breakdown match the Total Sales Forecast for the day?
If you import sales files with guest checks outside your Enterprise Manager's Location's Hours of Operation, those sales will prevent CrunchTime from distributing 100% of your Total Sales Forecast to time increments within your Hours of Operation. You can correct this by updating your Hours of Operation or adjusting how your integration accounts for the Time of Sale on your Menu Mix.
Any change to the Time of Sale will not affect historical data unless you undo the original Menu Mix and process new files for those historical dates.
