Net-Chef Application Users
These are Application Users that have access to Teamworx with same username and password they use to sign into Enterprise Manager and/or Net-Chef. These users only have access to the Manager Console in Teamworx (including the Schedule Overview page and the Staffing Organizer).
Access to only the Manager Console is enabled by checking the Access Teamworx Mgr. Console box on the Application User profile.

These users can access Teamworx from the https://www.ct-teamworx.com/ URL or by selecting it from the app picker in Net-Chef or Enterprise Manager.

Teamworx Employees
These employees have access to the Teamworx My Portal, which contains their personal schedules, availability, and other employee specific operations. These employees get access to the My Portal by creating an account in Teamworx that is associated with an Employee Number in Net-Chef. They will then sign into Teamworx directly using their email or phone number (depending on which they used to create their account).
Teamworx Managers
These are users that have access to both My Portal and the Manager Console in Teamworx. These accounts work similarly to Teamworx Employees, where a user must create a Teamworx account with their email or phone number and an Employee Number from Net-Chef. However, these employees must also have the Manager box checked on their Employee Information profile in Net-Chef to have access to both views from the same account.
These employees must sign in with their Teamworx specific credentials to see both views from the same account.
