Why are Ideal Hours not populating on the Daily Labor Summary Widget?

The purpose of the Daily Labor Summary Widget is to display a bar graph representing the Actual, Scheduled, and Ideal Labor costs for each weekday as a percentage of sales.

Ideal Hours will not populate the Daily Labor Widget if no default Pay Rate is assigned to Positions.

How it's calculated: The Calculation for Ideal is ideal Labor Cost ÷ Forecasted Sales; Ideal Labor Cost is the sum of (Ideal Hours x Default Pay Rate) for all positions.
