How do I submit a re-poll request to CT Support?
Please provide the following information:
- Was the Refresh POS Data button used? (Y/N):
- Please ensure the location(s) are actively integrated with CT for sales and/or time clock data.
- If you are unsure if you have access to the button, please refer to the chart below, which includes the POS systems with access to this functionality.
- If you have not used the button, please attempt this before submitting a ticket to CT Support if your integration includes this feature.
- Please be advised that it can take up to 1hr to refresh data types in the CT application for API POS Systems and up to 2hrs for On-Prem POS Systems.
- Location Code:
- Data Type (Sales Mix, Menu Mix, Time Clock, and/or Employees):
- Date Range:
- POS (if you have more than one POS System):
- DSR (Daily Sales Report) or Time Clock Report from the POS System:
- Please ensure the location(s) are actively integrated with CT for sales and/or time clock data.
The location(s) must be using one of the following POS systems for the Refresh POS Data button:
