NEW: Formula Min/Max feature.
You can now gain greater control over scoring with the new Formula Min/Max feature! Easily set minimum and maximum score limits for formulas in the Scoring tab. This ensures scores stay within defined boundaries, prevents extremes, and adapts seamlessly to your needs.

Enhancement: Selected question counter in forms.

Enhancement: "Created By" in Projects.
You can now see who the project creator is.
Enhancement: View When a task has been archived and by who.
We have always communicated that a task was archived, but not when and by whom it was archived. This small step has been implemented to improve task integrity and accountability.
Enhancement: Stopwatch results now display with hundredths of a second throughout the app.
Previously, we displayed hundredths of a second only while the timer was running, rounding up to whole seconds when showing results. Now, the full time is displayed in results, including hundredths of a second.

NEW: Time Zone selector is available in user settings
Previously, a user's time zone was populated off the original time zone when the user logged in and there was not a way to manage the time zone in the user profile. Users can now change their time zone instead of sharing the same as their company.

Enhancement: Admin created tasks can no longer be deleted by users with a Manager permission
Deleting tasks that were created by owners/admins is no longer possible for Manager-permission users.
Enhancement: Zenput camera photo editing
Zencam now has an enhanced feature of marking the photo once you have taken it. Once you click on the picture you can choose a color to emphasise and draw over objects. We have also released enhancements to the zoom and flash features.

Enhancement: Scheduling Projects based on Calendar Events.
Zenput is excited to share a new feature called Calendar Events attributes, which empower admins to make ongoing updates to operating hours and Calendar Events directly in Zenput’s UI, as well as expanding the options for starting and ending tasks by Event/Time in Projects.

Enhancement: Announcements.
"Sent by", "Year Sent" have been added to the Announcement info. Owners and Admins can now see all Announcements within their company. Sent Announcements can now be deleted from the user interface.

Trigger emails now have a “View PDF” link in the Submission Detail header. Users can view/download/print the submission.

Enhancement: New sensor alert frequencies.
2 and 4 hours have been added as options for the sensor alert frequencies, allowing more customization.

Enhancement: Fast task on mobile create a Basic task by default.
Creating a “Fast Task” on Mobile now creates a Basic task, instead of a Photo task. Meaning that photos will no longer be required on all tasks created on mobile, by default.
Enhancement: Ability to see who deleted a task and when.
We have added the ability to see Who deleted a task, and When the task was deleted.
Enhancement: Private forms can be made public.
You can now make private forms public again, reversing a previous irreversible setting.

Enhancement: Better visibility of archived forms/projects when creating a report.
It was difficult to identify inactive/archived projects vs active ones in the dropdown when creating a report. You will now see the word (inactive) in front of all archived/inactive projects in the dropdown.
Enhancement: Admins are able to access all forms by default.
In the past, access to forms has been limited to the creator of the form, by default. This created inconvenience when a user is deactivated, and no one can access a form.
Now, users will still have the ability to lock a form down if they want to, but by default all admins will have access.

Enhancement: Hyperlinks available in form preview.
Hyperlinks now work from form preview! All links in preview will open in a new window now, enabling users to test the form before it goes live.
NEW: Ability to Unarchive projects.
You can now unarchive projects directly from the UI, except for recurring and brand-wide projects.

Enhancement: Better data visibility for the Data grid table
Our Data Grid table component now offers customizable view options, enabling you to view 25 (default), 50, or 100 rows for enhanced data visibility.
Enhancement: Increased calendar event options
We’ve increased the number of options for First Task Starts and the Last Task Due lists in Calendar events. Users can now select 2, 3, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours Before as options, and 3 hours After, in addition to the options already present.

Enhancement: Duplicated question text changes
We no longer append the words “Copy of” to the front of a duplicated question, meaning that users no longer have to manually edit the text of that question to remove the “Copy of.”
Enhancement: New iMonnit webhooks integration for sensors
Readings coming from iMonnit sensors will now be around 10 minutes, instead of 20 mins/30 mins or longer.

Users will now have the ability to search for a user, team, or location, then elect to show where that selection is present within their entire hierarchy by clicking “show in hierarchy.”

Zenput now supports the Thermapen ONE Blue temperature probe from Thermoworks.

Enhancement: Increased clarity between brand wide and company owned options
In Projects, we’ve removed the default selector between brand wide and company owned. This will prompt users to actively choose which of the two they select, preventing projects sent to the wrong locations.

The project preview is now sticky and follows users down the page, so the most relevant information is always accessible to them as they continue to work on their Project.

Enhancement: Search Bar on Mobile “My Forms” Page
The new search bar will allow users to quickly find any form they need in the “My Forms” section of the Zenput mobile app. Rather than scrolling through all forms leveraged by the company, do a quick search for a keyword or form title at the top of “My Forms.”

Enhancement: Trigger Ranges on Sensor Charts
This UI improvement helps users look at the chart and quickly understand how their temperature monitoring is performing over time within the temperature range they have set for the trigger. This would help them adjust their trigger ranges as needed to get better, more actionable alerts and reduce alert fatigue.

NEW: Custom Question Ordering
With easy drag and drop functionality, stores can re-order questions exactly how they want–customizable in each store. Once saved, that form with its custom question order will become the new version of that form for that store. Users can save time on line checks, closing checklists, and more by reordering the fields based on their own store’s layout.

Enhancement: "Select All" Option in the Form Builder
Users can now perform bulk actions like setting all the fields in the forms as required when creating a form. Save the time and effort of clicking each field individually by instead doing bulk updates when a form contains 200+ fields.

Enhancement: Temperature Reading Method in Submission Excel Reports
Users can now better prevent pencil whipping and lack of probe use by gaining visibility into temperature check source. With this update, users can see in the new form field if the temperature field data was entered manually, with BLE probes, or with Sensors in the form field.
Enhancement: Brand Wide Ad Hoc Form Templates
New Brand-Wide Ad Hoc Form Templates gives Franchisors the ability to share a form template to shared roles in franchisee companies. This will allow Franchisee users to access that form template in the Mobile “My Forms” section to use as needed without it being tied to a project.

Enhancement: Standardization of Sensor Nickname
With standardization of sensor naming, Ops leaders can easily compare reports generated for multiple stores. This update also prevents food safety issues and inventory loss due to triggers set by sensor nickname rather than sensor placement, causing that sensor to not be included in the necessary trigger settings.

Enhancement: Search Feature for Attributes
Users can now find specific values in attributes visualization with a search bar. Attributes visualization allows customers and ZP/CT internal teams to see which attributes are associated with particular locations for improved visibility, troubleshooting, and accountability, which is now made more efficient by the search bar feature.
Enhancement: New Back End Design System Filter for Location Attributes
Location Attributes Filter brings a new component from Bento, the Zenput backend design system, into the web application, which is part of the larger effort to bring our users a consistent experience across the platform pages.
Enhancement: New Bento Brand-Wide Projects Page
This upgrade to the Brand-Wide Projects Page is one of many page upgrades to a new style of page on our backend design system. This allows for easier development on the page in the future and fixes several bugs out of the box.
