The Knowledge Score report is a list of all eligible learners in a location and their Knowledge Scores. You must have Store Knowledge Score enabled on your campus in order to see this report (contact your Client Services team for assistance).
Learners hired recently are not considered eligible and are not included in the report or in the Store Knowledge Score. Thirty days is the default length of time before a learner is eligible to have their Knowledge Score included (this number is configurable, contact your Client Services team to change it if needed).

Counting rules:

Users who were hired too recently to be considered eligible (see first paragraph above) are not included in this report and do not count towards the Knowledge Score for the location.

The Knowledge Score for a location is the total of the Knowledge Scores for all eligible users in the location divided by the number of users.
Knowledge Score Reports:
The value shown in the column titled ‘Knowledge Score’ is actually the calculation of the average Knowledge Score. The calculations reported use the following logic. The Knowledge Score is never calculated as an average of the averages.
Total Average Knowledge Score = ‘Sum of all valid users Knowledge Score from all locations’ / ‘Total valid Users from all locations’
Location Average Knowledge Score = ‘Sum of all valid users Knowledge Score from that location’ / ‘Total valid Users from that location’
