Counting Rules:
-
Not started that is late (has a red triangle) is counted as late only
-
In progress that is late (has a red triangle) is counted as late only
-
Not started that is due soon (has a yellow triangle) is counted as due soon only
-
In progress that is due soon (has a yellow triangle) is counted as due soon only
Cases for Duplication:
-
If the content item repeats and the learner has completed the item multiple times, each completions shows up in the report
-
If the content item appears in multiple learning programs assigned to the same user, there will be an entry in the report for each one
