Employee Recognition Tab

About Recognition Patches

Use the Employee Recognition tab to award recognition patches to your team members. Recipients will receive a message telling them about the award and they will be able to see it in their trophy case.

Patches available are:

	Team Ready Awarded for joining the team
	Certified Trainer Awarded when a learner is certified to train others
	Position Certified Awarded for completing all learning programs for a skill position
	Special Recognition Customizable for special contributions
	Shift's Captain Awarded for being certified to lead a shift
	Health Champion Awarded for scoring 95+ on a health inspection

Note: Loyalty Stars (for length of employment) are assigned automatically. See Loyalty Stars.

Assigning Recognition Patches

Path: Campus Home > Dashboard

1. Click the name of the person on dashboard

2. Click the Recognition tab

3. Click to award a recognition patch
