The History tab shows all of an employee's completed learning program assignments and in progress assignments with completed items.

Link to the employee's Individual Training Status Report

The icon to the left of the name of the training item links to the item

The certificate icon to the right of the name links to the certificate the employee received for the item

Indicates that the learning program is in progress

The date that item was completed

Shows that this learning program is completed and shows the date of completion

Link to the certificate the employee received for completing the learning program
Differences between History and the Individual Training Status Report:

History DOES NOT include learning programs that have been unassigned while the ITSR does.

History ONLY includes completed content whereas the ITSR will show ALL content as Completed, Passed, Failed or Assigned.

The ITSR DOES NOT include incomplete content items on learning programs that have been unassigned, as those content items have been removed from the user. Learning programs that are currently assigned will show incomplete content as Assigned. For unassigned learning programs, the ITSR will only list content items that have been completed.

Both will include learning programs that have a status of In Review or Available.
