About Trophy Cases
The trophy case highlights learners' accomplishments, showing the recognition patches and training ribbons they receive, as well as the Leaderboard for knowledge score in their location.
Leaderboard
The Leaderboard shows the top 5 users with the highest knowledge score in the location. The Leaderboard only includes scores for role level 1 or 2 users. Expanding the trophy case shows the top 10 users in the location. Learners can see the leaderboard rank and knowledge score for all users in their location by clicking the +More button.
Recognition
Recognition patches are manually awarded for special achievements. Learners can hover over each recognition patch for details about when and why it was awarded.
Four recognition patches are available:
Team Ready Automatically awarded for joining the team |
Skill Position Award Awarded for completing all learning programs for a skill position |
Designated Trainer Denotes an employee is designated to train others in her role |
Special recognition Award this whenever you see behavior that you want to encourage |
Shift's Captain Awarded for being certified to lead a shift |
Awarded for scoring 95+ on a health inspection |
Recognition patches are awarded on the recognition tab of employee details popup. Path: Campus Home > Dashboard > Click employee name
Training Ribbons
The training ribbons section shows learning programs that are currently assigned and those that have been completed. Training ribbons are automatically awarded when learning programs are completed. Learners can hover over each training ribbon for details about when and why it was awarded.
In the trophy case, ribbons that have been awarded are colored, those that have not yet been awarded are grey. Progress toward the completion of skills can be assessed at a glance by the number of ribbons awarded.
Training ribbons/icons are chosen (from an extensive library) when a learning program is created. Path: Campus Home > Content > +Learning Program
Cross-Training and Career Paths
The cross-training section shows ribbons for all the completed and assigned learning programs that do not apply to the learner's assigned skill position.
The career path section shows all the learning programs available that are not part of the learner's skill position and not part of the learner's assigned cross-training. Once a learning program is set to auto-assign to a skill position, it appears in trophy cases as a career path.
Strategic use of skill positions makes cross-training and career paths meaningful.
