How To: Allow users to view submission data from all Franchisees

Since the launch of the Zenput for Franchisor model, Franchisor admins have had two options as it pertains to viewing Franchisee submission data: view all submission data, or no submission data (i.e. - “all or nothing”).

A configuration box was added to the form builder which allowed the Franchisor to pick which form templates they received Franchisee submission data for (e.g. all HACCP form submissions, all Brand Standards Checklists)

Once a franchisor enables this configuration for a form template, they are able to navigate to a new submissions list and gallery view (v1). Put together, this enables Franchisors to be in control of what they want or don’t want to see and interact with.

Here is how to enable this option:

1. Edit an existing form or create a new form
   
   
2. Once in the form, head to the 'Configure' tab
   
3. Once in the configure tab, enable the following option and publish the form.
