Are Crunchtime Dashboard KPI thresholds a global setting or can they be set by Location, or another variable?

KPI Thresholds are configurable by User Group, they are set up in EMW > Corporate > Dashboard Setup > KPI Alert Ranges

Clients could duplicate the same User Groups, once for each Location (Market, Concept, etc.) in order to have KPIs vary by Locations.
