Thank you for your interest in Squadle text alerts. If you are not receiving alerts for specific stores or not receiving them at all, here are a couple of tips to verify that alerts are set up correctly:
Cannot activate SMS text alerts on my profile
If the SMS option is greyed out and you are unable to activate SMS alerts, this means that a mobile number is not attached to the account.
If you go back to the top of your profile, there is a section in the top heading where you can add a valid mobile number.
Once completed, the option to add SMS notifications will become available!
I am receiving email completion alerts but I would prefer to receive them on my mobile device!
To receive completion alerts on your mobile device, you will need to deselect the email option and select the SMS option under the completion alert section of your profile.
If you have not done so, please ensure you accept SMS terms and conditions at the bottom of your profile! (See next section for details!)
My account is setup correctly but I am still not receiving Text Alerts
After your number has been added and the SMS is selected for the locations/alerts you are wishing to receive the last thing that needs to happen is our system needs to be given permission to send alerts to your mobile device.
All the way at the bottom of your user profile there is a disclaimer and the option to accept terms and conditions to receive completion alerts on your mobile device. Please "Consent" to those terms and save those changes to your user account.
