Resetting Employee Account Password:
- The manager accesses the Teamworx Manager Portal.
- The manager locates the affected Employee's Details from the Employee List.
- The manager clicks on the "Reset Account" button.
- The manager chooses the preferred method to send the new password to the Employee (via e-mail or text message).
Employee Account Setup:
- The employee receives the new password via the selected method (e-mail or text message).
- The employee opens the Teamworx login page and enters their Username and the new password received.
Updating Password and Security Questions:
- Once logged in to the Employee Portal, Employee navigates to the "My Profile" page.
- On the "My Profile" page, Employee locates the Login Method section
- Employee selects the option to Reset Password.
- The employee enters the current password (the new password received) and then sets a new password of their choice.
- Employee selects the option to update the security questions enters their preferred security questions and provides answers that they can remember.
