Using the Locations Tab will allow you to do the following: generate reports from Squadle HQ, visually preview checklists [either past or present], and the ability to edit current/past checklists if necessary.
Why would I need to manually enter or change data in Squadle HQ?
There are many reasons why a manager or supervisor would need to access to a location's checklist, here are a couple of use cases for operators:
- Inputting data when the tablet is offline or the thermometer is not connecting to the tablet
- If the general manager needs to sign off on DFS on a previous day than when it was completed
- If there was a mistake when taking temperatures, inaccurate data, or need to add to shift notes
1) Log into Squadle HQ. [Please refer to 'How to Log into HQ if you're having issues].
2) Go to the Locations tab for that location [located on the top left hand of the screen, usually the second icon from the top].
3) Select "Checklists".
4) This page will display the current progress of that Location: specific checklists and tasks.
5) To access earlier dates use left/right arrows in the "Record Date" section.
6) Scroll through the checklist below to view the progress of specific tasks. Select the specific task you need to view/edit.
7) After selecting a task a preview window will appear on the right half of the screen, select "Edit" to access that task.
**The Red X next to the task will turn into a Green √. Partially completed tasks will be marked with a Yellow !**
8) Please note, tasks can only be edited one at a time: either on the tablet or manually via Squadle HQ. Make sure no one is also in the same task being edited, general usage of the tablet will override anything you do in Squadle HQ, so make sure no one is engaged with the specific task that you are working on.
Things to note:
- If the edit is for a temperature check all edits will be marked as "manual" on printed reports.
- All edits will be marked with time stamps within Squadle HQ.
