1) After creating an issue in Customer Recovery, locate and tap the issue you want to provide resolution to in the Unrecovered list.
2) In the Recovery section at the bottom of the issue, type in any pertinent information. You can provide information on the following:
- Employee Name
- Recovered/Unrecovered
- Recovered Notes
3) Tap on Save at the top-right of the screen. The issue is now Recovered and will appear in the Recovered list.
