What is Customer Recovery on Squadle?

Customer Recovery is a new built-in feature released in December 2018. 

It's a tool that allows you to digitally organize and track any customer service issues reported at your restaurants. 

To access Customer Recovery, open up the Squadle application and tap on Customer Recovery from the menu bar.
