LTO - Breakfast Steak Deployment (for McDonald's)

With Breakfast Steak being reintroduced in Fall 2020 as a menu item for specific Co-Ops, we have updated all Squadle Digital Food Safety checklists to include this product and it should appear on your Squadle Checklists tablet in the Breakfast Products section as of 09/15/2020.

The Co-Ops that will be receiving this update are the following:

• Chicago - 0229
• Cleveland - 0255
• Pittsburgh Johnstown Erie - 0242
• Washington DC Baltimore Eastern Shore - 0248

If your restaurant is not a part of these Co-Ops, your restaurant will not receive the update.

It’s also important to note that the Breakfast Steak temperature check is not specific to any platen and while completing the temperature check, you will be required to input the platen # used for cooking this product.
