If you are a McDonald's restaurant, here are the upcoming changes to your Digital Food Safety configurations. (Next to each item below is the date of execution)
Spicy Chicken McNuggets (Effective January 21, 2021)
One food safety temperature check for Spicy Chicken McNuggets will be added to all restaurants under the Chicken, Filet-O-Fish section of your food safety checklists.
Filet-O-Fish Food Safety Acceptability Changes (Effective February 3, 2021)
The minimum acceptable temperature for Filet-O-Fish will change from 150ºF to 155ºF.
Maximum Run Size options for Crispy Chicken, McChicken, Spicy McChicken, and Round Eggs (Effective February 9, 2021)
We will be making adjustments to the maximum run size allowed for each of these products.
Note: For Crispy Chicken, there are no additional food safety changes.
McRib System-Wide Removal (Effective February 15, 2021)
All McRib temperature tasks will be removed from all restaurants.
