There may come a time when you need to change a users access to a form. This article will show you how to remove a form from 'My Forms' section of your users Zenput mobile app.
Remove a Users Access
Navigate to the forms section in Zenput.
Hover over the desired form in the 'Forms' tab and click on the pencil icon.
In this window, you will see all the users that currently have access to the form.
- To remove a user from the list and therefore revoke their access to the form, click the 'x' to the right of the user's name or email. (Note: If a user is part of a team that has access to a form, you will need to remove the user from the team in order to restrict their access to the form.

Assigned by Role
If a form was assigned by roles follow the steps below to remove a form from a Role.
From the web-app click on 'Hierarchy', which will then reveal the 'Roles' tab.
Find the role that you want to revoke form access to and when hovering your mouse on the right-hand side, click on the three dots and then click 'Edit Role'.
From the Edit Role page, you can select a minus next to a form to remove it from all users under this specific role and once you're done selecting which forms click 'Save'.
