How to: Create, add or remove attributes(Admin)

How to Create new Attributes

If you do not click the checkbox beside the location, Attributes will not be visible on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

1. From the dashboard, click on locations and select the locations you would like to update with a general attribute.
2. Then proceed to the bottom right-hand corner and select Attributes
3. Then select Add or Create Attribute and type the new Attribute you want to add to the selected location. 

Add Attribute to Locations

3. Then select Add or Create Attribute and select the Attribute you want to add to the selected locations. 

 

View which attributes are assigned to Locations

1. To Explore what attributes are assigned to a location, you can head over to Locations, and select the location you'd like to see the attributes for:
   
2. In the upper right corner you will see the "Explore Attributes" button:
   
3. This will show you a list of all the attributes assigned to this location:
   

How to Remove Attributes from specific locations

If you remove an attribute from a specific location, it will take up to 48 hours for any attribute driven daily projects to catch up.

1. From the dashboard, click on locations and select the locations you would like to remove a general attribute from.
2. Then proceed to the bottom right-hand corner and select Attributes
3. Then select Add or Create Attribute and type the new Attribute you want to add to the selected location. 

Remove Attribute entirely 

If you remove an attribute entirely, this will break any forms set up with attribute drive visibility, as well as any attribute drive projects. 

We highly recommend ending the project first, otherwise it will become uneditable. 

1. From the dashboard, click on locations and select the Attributes tab underneath.
2. Find the attribute you want to delete
3. Click the drop-down arrow on the edit button and click "Delete"
