Notifications can be used to make sure that the correct people are being made aware of newly assigned, upcoming, and/or overdue tasks, as well as receiving comments, announcements etc. Notifications are specific to each device/user and can be set up from 'Settings' 'Notifications'.
Please note important points to note below:
- If the user has never signed in to Zenput via the mobile app, the push notifications option will be unavailable under notification settings.
- Text message notifications only work when the Alert is set for User or Role
- Push notifications are device specific, please refer to your device's manual on how to set up push notifications. Click here to learn what a push notification is.

The e-mail notification below is of a one-time task assigned by the user receiving this .
Tasks due soon reminder
The tasks due soon reminder can either be sent via Email, or not at all (Do Not Notify).
The notification looks as below - with essentially a digest of all tasks that are coming due within the next three days for a particular user. However - the notification is ONLY sent if at least one task is due in exactly three days. THIS CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED. This means this notification does not come into include Daily tasks, only Weekly, Monthly, and One-Time tasks.
Overdue tasks reminder
The Overdue tasks notification can either be sent via Email, or not at all (Do Not Notify). It will send as a digest of all tasks that are overdue in one email, rather than one email for each task. It is sent to the reporter (creator) of the task.
An email digest reminder max 5 times. One day later + until 4am delay and then no more.
