Reset your password from the Zenput mobile app

Go to your Zenput App. Under the green 'Login' button, click on 'Forgot Password?'
Note: If you access Zenput through a web browser, go to zenput.com/mobile and follow the instructions below to reset your password.
- This will open a 'Password Reset' page in your mobile browser. Enter the email address associated with your Zenput account and click “Reset Password”.
- After you click 'Reset Password', you will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Maximum 128 characters
- A password cannot contain consecutive question marks (??) – it will give a "Something went wrong" error for the user
