Customized Report Exporting

If you would like to export information on only specific questions for all or specific teams here's how to do this: 

1. Click on 'Reports'
   
   
   
2. From the reports view, click on 'Create Report'
   
3. Select which of your forms you would like to build your report for. In this example, we are running a report on a daily haacp log. Once you've selected the form you would like to report on, click the 'Create Report' button. 
   
   
   
4. From the forms list view report page, set the filters to the parameters you would like to view (Team, Date submitted, Location, etc.)

5. Next, to create your customized report, use the drop-down arrow next to 'Select Questions'. Here you will set the specific question on the form that you would like included in your report and click 'Done'. (In the example below, I am just concerned about the four questions) 
   
   
   
6. Once the questions for your customized report have been set, select 'Export (Selected Columns)' on the top right-hand side. 
   
   
   
7. You will see a green message, "Your report will be emailed to you shortly". 
   
   
8.  The email will include a link for you to click and download to your device. 
   

The report will only  include the four questions I selected in the steps above, along with what store location submitted it,the locations external key, what date, timezone, and where it was submitted. As well as a submission link to follow.
