Our goal for the Mobile Dashboard is simple -- to give you better visibility into the work that is being completed by your teams and at your stores.
Here are its main components, with descriptions of each area detailed below.
Summary - The Summary shows you an overview of your team’s work (similar to what you see on the Web Dashboard). This view will give you important information like ‘Current Tasks’, ‘Task Completion Rate’, and more.
Tasks - The Tasks tab in the new Mobile Dashboard is similar to the current task page on the mobile app, which simply shows outstanding tasks at a given store.
Activity - The Activity tab shows all submissions made for the user account and when they were submitted. When selecting a submission the responses for that date can be viewed.
Recurring - The Recurring tab gives an overview of your team's progress on each recurring project. For each period (daily, weekly, monthly), you can see what work your team is completing and what it is not.
Sensors - From here we have an overview of our connected Sensors and Gateways, at a glance we can see the current temperatures for all sensors and the battery life of all devices.
Compliance - The Compliance tab allows you to export reports for past submissions on an ongoing project, you can also export a Sensor Temperature Log for the store.
Summary Detail
The Summary shows you an overview of your assigned work. This view will give you important information like ‘Current Tasks’, ‘Task Completion Rate’, and more.
Recurring Projects
Will allow viewing of completion statistics for previous recurring projects. Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to view the corresponding recurring projects. Provides detail about all projects that are currently open for the team, user, or location that you are filtered to with percentage completion statistics.
Triggers
Details the top triggers generated from the form submissions in the past 4 weeks. You can view workflows generated from a specific form by selecting the 'all forms' drop-down and selecting the desired form.
Frequent No's
Shows you the questions most frequently answered 'NO. This card requires that you select a form in order to view frequent no's. Once selected it will look like the screenshot below.
Tasks Detail
The Tasks tab in the dashboard is similar to the current task page on the mobile app, which shows overdue, due today, this week, and upcoming tasks at the location.
You can use the search bar above the task count card to search for a specific task or use the filter to drill-down between all, incomplete, complete, or missed tasks.
Recurring Detail
The Recurring tab gives an overview of your team's progress on each recurring project. For each period (daily, weekly, monthly), you can see what work you or your team is and isn't being completed.
You can see further in the past by scrolling the date ranges in the project card to the right or left.
The encircled I displays a legend of what each icon means detailing task status and exceptions.
Sensors * (SPECIAL FEATURE)
This is not available for everyone and is a special feature. Please reach out to you CSM about Sensors.
From this tab, you can see the temperature of the sensor(s) at your location.
As well as historical data (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) from the Sensors by clicking on the temperature.
Gallery
This tab contains photos taken by the location user and submitted via tasks or forms. The images can be enlarged by selecting it as well as shared as well. (Please note these images are not able to be deleted from the app.)
Info
Contains your location's address, phone number, email, and a map image. It will also let you know who the location owner is.
Compliance
From here we are able to export a Submissions Report and a Sensor Tempreature Log
