How to: Resend Invitation

If you want to resend an invitation here is how to do this.

Please note that if a user has not "accepted their invite" there is no password to reset, so a password reset link will not arrive. Please see article links below on how to accept the invitation.

From the web-app go to Users
Then search or select the name of the person that has "Invitation Sent" under Date Joined.
Click on Invitation Sent, confirm that you want to resend the invitation to the user and a new invite will be sent to the user.
