For instances where an Admin or Manager might need to confirm if a submission was part of a Project.
Please note: In order to view if a submission was part of a project, this will need to be done from the web-app.
How to know from: Reports
1. From your Dashboard click on Reports.
2. Select which of your forms you would like to view the submissions for.
3. Next, use the drop-down arrow next to 'Select Questions'. Here, you will select 'Project' and click 'Done'.
4. Via the Project column, if the form submission was part of a project, then the project name will be listed in that column.
How to know from: Users
1. From your Dashboard click on Users on the left-hand side, find and select the submitter/store's name.
2. Once you've clicked on the submitter/store name, select the form you would like to confirm was submitted as part of your project.
3. Once selected, from there, you will be redirected to the submission view of the form. If the submission was part of a project, the project name will be displayed on the right-hand side.
How to know from: Locations
1. From your Dashboard click on Locations on the left-hand side, find and select the store's name/number.
2. Once you've clicked on the submitter/store name, select the form you would like to confirm was submitted as part of your project.
3. Once selected, from there, you will be redirected to the submission view of the form. If the submission was part of a project, the project name will be displayed on the right-hand side.
