How to: Send reports from the Compliance Tab

Here is how store level users can access the Sensor Temp Log report for the audits to give to the health inspector on site using only the mobile app.

From the mobile app, scroll to the Compliance Tab.

You can choose from the Submissions Report option or the Sensor Temperature Log Report. 

Select the report that you want to send and who you want to send the report to. 

Please note: You can only send 1 report at a time.
Submissions require 24 hours to appear in the compliance report

For Submissions reports : Select the project you want to send the report for

After selecting the project you want to send, you can select or enter who you want to send the report containing the submissions to:

• Email associated with the User account
• Email associated with the Location
• User defined email address

For Sensor Temperature Log Reports: Select the time frame(Last week, This Month, Last Month) that you wish to send the report for and who you want to Send the Report to. 

• Email associated with the User account
• Email associated with the Location
• User defined email address

Once the report has been successfully sent, you will see the green success message!
