The Location Activity Report will provide information as to how many times it was visited by a user and a form was submitted for that specific location.
- From the web-app, from the Reports tab click on "Create Report".
- Select "Location Activity" and click "Create Report" from the window.
- From the next window you can filter by a specific date, a specific or any form, and a specific or any team. Once you've chosen the filters, you can export or save the report.
- The report will arrive as a CSV. file in your email.
This report contains the location id (used for internal purposes), the name of the location, and how many forms in total were completed at each location for the specified dates.
